  • All orders are processed within 1 week.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

5. 🛑 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to embargoed or restricted countries.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations.

6. 📬 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. 📦 Undeliverable Packages / Wrong Address

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.

  • Please know that incorrect address might result in a refund
